3D printing and CNC for manufacturing and industrial tooling
Jigs, fixtures, gauges, and short-run production parts for manufacturers and engineers. Repeat approved parts without starting from scratch.
What we make
Jigs, fixtures, and gauges
Inspection jigs, assembly fixtures, and custom check gauges, reordered as often as your line needs them.
Part-numbered production parts
Brackets and components that go into a standing bill of materials, ordered again as your production runs need them.
Legacy part scanning
We 3D scan an old or undocumented part and bring it back as a workable file, so a discontinued component can be reordered or redesigned.
Materials we use
Carbon-fiber-filled PPS and nylon
For jigs and fixtures. Carbon-filled PPS suits packaging-line gripper bodies, and carbon-filled nylon (PA6) suits stiff parts that stay dry.
PPS, PEEK, PEI (Ultem), and PPA
For tooling near heat.
Aluminum and steel
Machined in house, when the part needs to be metal.
Real work
1,000 shims and carbon-fiber PPS jigs
1,000 shims, held to plus or minus 0.025 mm, plus carbon-fiber-filled PPS jigs, for a manufacturing consultancy.
Standing bracket supplier
Part-numbered production brackets for an equipment maker, reordered three times so far as a standing supplier relationship.
Prototype to production run
Brackets and standoffs that started as one-off prototypes and moved into repeat production runs once the design was locked.
